Where we ship
Across Canada — every province and territory. We're not currently taking orders from outside Canada.
What it costs
$9.95 per order, flat. One charge per order, not per band — order one or order three, the shipping is the same. Insured and tracked. It's shown at checkout before you pay, and nothing is added afterwards. All prices are in Canadian dollars.
How long it takes
Processing takes 1–3 business days. Delivery is most often 8–16 days from dispatch — roughly 9 to 19 days door to door. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Expect longer through late November and December, in severe weather, and if a parcel is held at the border.
Tracking
Every parcel is tracked from dispatch and you'll get the tracking number by email. If a parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we refund or replace it in full — you won't be left arguing with a carrier.
Where your order ships from
ChinRescue sells only in Canada. Devices are made and dispatched by our manufacturing partner overseas and shipped directly to you. That's why delivery takes a week or two rather than two days, and it's why the band costs what it costs instead of three times as much. We'd rather say that upfront than have you work it out from the parcel.
Customs
The price at checkout is the band plus shipping. Import duties and taxes are set by the Canada Border Services Agency, not by us. If a charge is raised on your parcel it is payable by you. If a parcel is refused or abandoned because such a charge went unpaid, we aren't able to refund the order.
Not arrived?
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch, email support@chinrescue.com with your order number and we'll replace it or refund you in full.
