What does it actually feel like?
Gentle warmth, a soft glow, and a light pulsing. It starts on the gentlest setting. If it ever feels like too much, press the button — that’s what the gentler settings are for.
Do I have to hold it?
No. That's the whole point. It hooks over both ears and the crown strap takes the weight, so your hands are free.
Is this going to change my face?
It's a five-minute warm massage band. It's a nice part of an evening, not a procedure, and we're not going to tell you otherwise. If you want something that promises more than that, there are plenty of them — we just don't think they're being straight with you.
How long before it's part of my routine?
The device is five minutes. The guide walks you through the first two weeks so it actually sticks instead of joining the drawer.
Can I use it more than once a day?
Once is plenty. Twice is fine if you want to.
Does it need charging often?
