Boarding
There are many pet boarding facilities around yet none seem to cater to chinchillas and other small animals. What do you do if you are going on a family vacation for the summer or winter. Who will you trust that can go into your house and feed, water and socialize with your chins. Now that your thinking of that someone, are they able to handle your chin and care for them properly?
We can house your chins for you while on vacation or in a situation that you need assistance. Contact us for more information by clicking the link at the bottom of this page. We do not charge a set fee for boarding. We do ask that you provide a donation to the rescues efforts.
We ask that you bring the following when coming to board your chins:
1) The cage that they are accustomed to
2) The food they are accustomed to
3) Wheels, Toys, Huts they are accustomed to
4) Water bottle and Food/Hay bowls
5) Dust and Dust Bathe Huts if gone for longer then a week
6) Bedding if gone for more then a week
7) Medications and Vet information if apply
8) Any special treats they enjoy
